Each question to the analyst uses credits: a normal question uses 1, a Deep analysis question uses more (each plan says how many). Credits reset on the 1st of each month (UK time) and don't roll over.
The analyst answers with a stronger model and writes longer answers, for questions that need more reasoning, like comparing several sizing scenarios. It's on Trader and Pro.
Nothing is deleted or hidden. If you have more accounts than your new plan allows, the extra ones become read-only (no new trades or imports) until you archive some or upgrade again.
Yes, in Manage billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free with all your data.
No. The analyst describes your own data and simulates your firm's rules. It can rank scenarios by pass and payout odds, but the choices stay yours. Nothing in Moizen is financial advice.
