1. Who we are

2. What Moizen is

Moizen helps traders of prop-firm evaluations keep a record of their accounts, costs and trades, and estimates how likely they are to pass evaluations and reach payouts using simulations of each firm's rules. An AI analyst answers questions about your own data.

Moizen is in beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and data may be lost. Keep your own records of anything that matters, and use the export on the account page.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in Moizen is financial, investment or trading advice. Pass rates, payout odds, forecasts and the analyst's answers describe your past data and a simulation of a firm's rules. They are estimates that can be wrong, and past results don't predict future ones. Moizen never tells you what to buy, sell, or which firm to pay. Decisions you make are your own. Trading futures carries a high risk of losing money.

4. Firm rules and data

Moizen is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any prop firm, broker or platform. Firm rules are entered by us from the firm's public pages on the date shown in the app, and firms change them without notice. Always check the firm's own dashboard and rules. Rules Moizen doesn't model are marked "not tracked by Moizen".

5. Your account

• You must be 18 or over.
• Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
• Only upload data you have the right to use. Price data you upload must be for your own use.
• Don't try to access other users' data, overload the service, or reverse-engineer it.

6. Your data

Your trading data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Moizen for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can export it or delete your account at any time from the account page.

7. AI analyst

The analyst is powered by a third-party AI model. Its answers can contain mistakes. Check anything important against your own records. There is a monthly limit on questions.

8. Price

Moizen is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged.

9. Liability

Moizen is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, evaluation fees, lost profits or decisions made using Moizen. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under the law of England and Wales, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Ending

You can stop using Moizen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, or end the beta with reasonable notice so you can export your data.

11. Changes and law

We'll tell you about important changes to these terms by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
